You will need to use a file utility program - WinZip (Windows), Zipit (Mac), or StuffIt (Windows or Mac) - to extract the necessary files.
Instructions are provided in the tutorial linked to above.
Please note that the graphic image below is a screen capture and, therefore, is not an interactive "bubble chart" like those you can create with BubbleMachine. However, if you click on the image, BubbleMachine will open in a separate window, allowing you to experience its capabilities.
